School Wellbeing Curriculum

Wellbeing, grounded in the latest science

The Youth Dimension curriculum translates the most current research in wellbeing science into practical, classroom-ready learning. Designed from real Australian school contexts, it gives teachers a structured, sequential program each week. Wellbeing data are collected and detailed reports given to teachers at regular intervals.

Every lesson is mapped to the Australian Curriculum and the Victorian Curriculum, so wellbeing learning sits naturally alongside the work schools are already required to deliver — measurable, accountable and easy to embed.

What’s included

  • Weekly lesson plans — A full scope and sequence of ready-to-teach weekly lessons, so educators can deliver consistent wellbeing learning with confidence and minimal prep.

  • Classroom resources — Activities, worksheets and discussion guides accompany every lesson, designed to engage students and support meaningful conversation.

  • Age-appropriate design — Content is carefully pitched to each year level, meeting students where they are developmentally and growing with them over time.

  • Curriculum aligned — Built directly on the Australian and Victorian curricula, making it simple to plan, document and report against learning outcomes.

Meet The Happy House — for neurodiverse learners

Every Youth Dimensions program is accompanied by The Happy House, a dedicated teacher resource created to make wellbeing learning accessible for neurodiverse students — so no student is left out of the conversation about their own wellbeing.

Wellbeing for every classroom

Whether you’re introducing wellbeing for the first time or strengthening an existing program, Youth Dimensions gives your school a credible, ready-to-use foundation — backed by science, designed for inclusion, and proven in practice.
