After having done a Business degree in the early 90’s, Owen has been working in the Youth Ministry space since 1997 and has a passion for seeing young people seek out and share the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Having been a Lead Pastor for 12 years, he loves the local church and seeing the next generation equipped for mission.  Now back at YD, Blue Moose is one of the great vehicles to see this happen.

Lynda is married to Owen, and together they have three children, two children-in-law, and a much-loved dog named Rigby. She joined Youth Dimension in 2021. When Owen and Lynda first began dating, he introduced her to the Blue Moose Ministry (then known as Solid Rock Café), and together they have served in a variety of locations including Port Fairy, Stanley (Tas), East Devonport (Tas), and Boort. Lynda’s passion is to see young people grow in their faith and develop leadership skills that enable them to serve their local churches. She believes Blue Moose provides the ideal ministry context for this to take place.

Finishing off her bachelors in Biomedical Science, Tamara stepped into this role after serving at her first Blue Moose in 2024. With experience in mission work, she has a passion for reaching communities, especially in rural areas, and seeing them come to know Jesus. Coordinating Blue Moose has allowed her to combine her passions of loving God and loving people.
